How we govern
The Board sets strategy and risk appetite for the group. Each operating company has its own board, with group representation, reporting into the centre on a common cycle.
Audit, risk and remuneration committees operate at group level. Related-party transactions, procurement above threshold, and any commitment that changes the group's risk profile require central approval.
