NETPOA is founded to address the last-mile connectivity gap constraining the group's own technology customers.
Cloud infrastructure
JESVA Cloud opens in-country hosting for organisations that require local data residency.
Energy division
JESVA Power is formed to invest in clean generation and distribution assets.
Water infrastructure
JESVA Water extends the utilities division into treatment and urban supply networks.
Agribusiness and consumer
JESVA Foods and JESVA Consumer are launched, taking the group into food production and everyday household products.
Applied intelligence
JESVA AI is established to build language, vision and forecasting systems tuned to local data.
Mobility
JESVA Motors begins work on electric vehicles and charging infrastructure suited to African roads.
Financial services
JESVA Capital completes the group structure, widening access to credit and investment products.
